​​Truck Permits

Document Required for Truck Permits:

  • Permit application or letter from the company—in Arabic—stating in either of them the type of activity desired to be practiced in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, the permits validation period, type of vehicle, and the number of vehicles; addressed to the DED.  
  • Copy of a valid economic license.
  • Copy of the ownership deed of the vehicle wanted to be used in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Fees:

  • Permit fees: AED 2500 per vehicle per annum.
  • Permit Modification Fees: AED 50 per vehicle.

​Distribution Permits

Documents Required for Distribution Permits:

  • Letter from the company or permit application form.
  • Copy of a valid economic license.
  • Copy of the vehicle's ownership deed.
  • Bringing the vehicle wanted to be used in materials' distribution.

​Distribution Permits Fees (New & Renewed) as Follows:

  • Fuel distribution: AED 6000 yearly per each vehicle.
  • Distribution of other materials (aside from fuel derivatives): AED 300 yearly per each vehicle.
  • Permit Modification Fees: AED 50 per vehicle.
