• To be aware of his/her rights at all consumption aspects.
• To check the expiry date of the product/medicine, and not use if if already expired.
• Prior to purchase, to externally examine the consumable goods and ensure they are usable.
• To refrain from buying any products whose source is unknown, particularly from peddlers.
• To enter into a written agreement with the craftsman when the latter is performing some work at the consumer’s request. This agreement shall define the work terms and conditions, such as: duration, fees and materials required for work. To negotiate with the retailer or provider about the price, validity period, quality and to implement the proper conditions to the services provided
• To refrain from buying corrupted products and services, seek quality, and verify safety and health conditions during the purchase.
• To not neglect claiming his right in the event of commercial fraud.
• To maintain the bill and warrantee certificate.
